Thousands of high-calibre Indian professionals aspire to work at the frontiers, addressing the world’s greatest challenges, from climate change and looming wars to pandemics and the rise of powerful AI. But many don’t yet have the knowledge and networks to realise their potential**.** The competition is a direct response to this challenge.

We’re looking for committed Indian professionals and students, from science and the humanities alike, to test their mettle and form a community of driven individuals. No particular experience is necessary: we’re interested in how you think, not what you know. Competition winners and top candidates will be invited for a 6-month part-time fellowship. They’ll be matched with expert mentors working in their area of interest (some of our experts are listed here) and receive support from the organising team. Fellows will choose one of 3 tracks - Research, Development, or Content. The problem statement and deliverable will be mutually decided by the fellow and their mentor. This fellowship offers a way to test one’s fit to impact without dropping existing commitments. Stipends are provided for financial support. Post fellowship, our team will assist interested fellows in securing full-time opportunities.
